How to book a ride?
Our booking service is available from 6:30 am till 9:30 pm (Paris time) from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 8:30 pm on weekends and holidays.
If you want to book by telephone, you will be directly connected with our call centre in charge with our pilots’ schedules. At this point we will need details on your transfer (date, hour, address).
If you want to book a Premium service, we will ask you if you wish to be equipped with Bluetooth system allowing to call during the ride, as well as information concerning your flight / train in order for your pilot to welcome you at the airport / train station.
You will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking during your call.
If you want to book on-line a booking confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address within half an hour.
