MOTOCAB a réalisé une augmentation de capitale de 2,4 millions d´euros entièrement souscrite par Assya Capital. L´introduction a eu lieu sur le marché libre sur la base d´un cours de 6,25€ par action, valorisant la société à près de 5 ME après augmentation de capital.
