• 2000 >Jérome Kraffe creates MotoJet, first supplier of passenger transport by motorcycle
• 2001 > MotoJet acquires its first Honda Goldwing 1800, the "Pullman" of the motorcycle world
• 2005 >The 7 motorcycle fleet and the faithful customers of MotoJet helped the company become the leader of this emerging market
• 2005 >Hervé Braunstein creates MOTOCAB, and starts his activity with a single motorcycle. MOTOCAB instantly became a growing and profitable company
• 2006 >Jérome Kraffe leaves MotoJet and joins MOTOCAB, the growth of MOTOCAB accelerates and the company exceeds the historical leader Motojet
• 2007 > MOTOCAB acquires MotoJet. The performance of MOTOCAB demonstrates an outstandingly high level of service
• 2008 > Hervé Braunstein and Jérome Kraffe are joined by Assya Capital, an investment fund listed at the Paris Stock Exchange (Alternext)

Our short-term perspectives are those of a company in development, leader on its market: at the end of the first quarter of 2008, MOTOCAB has a fleet of 22 motorcycles, which will reach over 50 by the end of the year.
Answering a strong demand on the market, MOTOCAB plans to expand its activity in large European capitals during 2008.
